Clients’ Rights

We will keep you informed of all actions taken in this case. We will copy you on all correspondence, documents and pleadings we receive as well as send out. If you have questions at any time on any of these documents or on the general progress of your case, please call us.

We will attempt to keep you fully informed as to the status of the proceedings as well as our recommended strategies in handling these claims. Be sure to recognize we handle other cases at the same time and therefore will be required to coordinate the scheduling of the proceedings in this matter with other matters which we have pending. If we are unavailable, please feel free to contact either of our legal assistants who will be working with us on the case. Our practice is to return your calls on the same day; our promise is to return your calls within twenty-four (24) hours. In turn, we will ask that you be available to consult with us as your input and assistance is necessary.

Clients’ Responsibilities

We would like for you to carefully read and follow the following suggestions and requests:

i. Don’t discuss the case with any one other than us, representatives of our law firm, or your doctors.

ii. Don’t sign anything with respect to the claim until you have checked with us.

iii. Notify us at once of any change of address, phone number, or employment.

iv. Please notify us as to the names, addresses and phone numbers of the doctors treating you and notify us when you have been released from their care.

v. Please send us the names, addresses and telephone numbers of any witnesses to the collision.

call Bache & Lynch at (520) 293-5300 or Contact Us Online

The initial consultation is free of charge, and if we agree to handle your case, we will work on a contingency fee basis, which means we get paid for our services only if there is a monetary recovery of funds. In many cases, a lawsuit must be filed before an applicable expiration date, known as a statute of limitations. Please call right away to ensure that you do not waive your right to possible compensation.
